RUNSHULE Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Accountant to join our expanding team. As we continue to grow across Tanzania and internationally, the successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our financial operations and delivering RunShule Accounting Training to educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and manage financial reports in compliance with professional accounting standards.
- Support training programs on RunShule’s Accounting solutions for schools and educational organizations.
- Provide Financial Consultations locally and internationally .
- Provide guidance on financial planning, budgeting, cost control and Reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial processes and compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma, Bachelor, Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- Proven work experience in financial accounting, auditing, or financial management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and training facilitation skills.
